This event is hosted by the Ikon Institute of Australia. The intensive will provide third year Ikon students with an introduction to Jungian Sandplay theory and application.

Dora Maria Kalff (1904-1990) was a major contributor to the development of psychotherapeutic Jungian sandplay work with adults and children. She later became a student of Eastern meditative traditions, including the study of Zen in Japan. Sandplay is a hands-on psychological approach and is an adjunct to talk therapy. It is a powerful therapeutic method that facilitates the psyche’s natural capacity for healing.
