This retreat is held in the profound and supportive container of silence. Silence gives you deep permission to be with yourself, to hear the deeper murmurings of your inner world and the natural world around you.
All practices can be adapted to suit whatever is emergent in your path. Care is taken to provide a warm, friendly space for practice, and this friendliness infuses the silence. One to one support and conversation with Anahata is available if needed.
