Mrityunjaya Retreat with Underwood Healing

A 6 day, 5 night transformational retreat for making real change and learning habits and techniques to maintain sustainable healthy practices for body, mind & soul.
Learn and practice daily guided meditation, connect with nature, awaken the body, release stuck emotional states.
Fully catered, healthy vegetarian menu with workshops on Ayurvedic nutrition & self-care for your body.
Group Counselling & Support Session for those wishing to transform and/or shift their relationship with alcohol and other addictive behaviours.
Daily: Mantra Meditations, Group fitness (Boxing, Strength Training & Women’s Self-Defence), Sound Healing, Guided Nature Walks, Guided Group Counselling & Support Circle
Optional Extras: Massage, Ayurvedic nutritional consults, 1-on-1 counselling
This retreat will feature an immersion of the Mrityunjaya Mantra, which Katie will be teaching and chanting throughout the weekend, in our group meditation sessions. The Mrityunjaya mantra restores health and happiness and brings calmness in the face of death. When courage or determination are blocked, it rises up to overcome obstacles. It awakens a healing force that reaches deep into the body and mind.
No prior experience with mantra, meditation or boxing is required – just a willingness to show up, explore and be open to the experience.
ALL SESSIONS ARE OPTIONAL. You are free to create the retreat YOU need the most.
Accom: private rooms, shared bathrooms. Heating in all bedrooms. There are twin rooms available on request. (Please note: this does not change the retreat price). Otherwise all rooms will be allocated individually.
