
MBSR-TR Retreat – Frontline Yoga

Frontline Yoga is excited to offer another round of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Trauma Recovery (MBSR-TR) program in 2025, thanks to secured grant funding. This heavily subsidised eight-week course is designed to support the mental well-being of current and ex-serving Defence members through a combination of weekly online sessions and a three-night immersive retreat. Led by psychologist Lisa Brown and Firefighter Paramedic Kate Duncan, the program provides a structured approach to managing stress and trauma. The first course, from April to June 2025, is specifically for Victorian Veterans, with more opportunities available later in the year.
