Clifton Hill Zendo is holding a weekend silent retreat at Maitripa from Friday afternoon 22nd Nov to Sunday afternoon 24th Nov.
Maitripa is a beautiful location in the hills above Healesville, it will be fully catered and everybody has their own room.
There will be 10 sits per day (on a full day), together with a chance of forest kinhin.
The cost will be $335 each.

Clifton Hill Zendo is a loose group of zen practitioners who meet at the Clifton Hill Yoga Studio in Melbourne.
In general, the zazen (sits) are 50 minutes separated by10 minutes kinhin (walking).
While recognizing that form is emptiness, and emptiness form, nevertheless the Zendo keeps form to a minimum, being based on that of Antaiji temple in Japan.
