Weekend Retreat with Caroline Hales

Meditate, Move, Rest, Reflect
The is a weekend away from your everyday routine. We will provide you with the skills, space and time to reflect,
reset and re-energise your body, mind and vision. In the sessions, you will be gently guided to consider and
explore different ways to connect to your physical body, engage with your mind and acknowledge emotions.
There will gentle yoga classes in the morning and evening and specific times for you to rest or explore the local
woodland in the afternoon.
The meditation will be offered in short sessions. You will be guided, supported and offered different ways to
anchor your attention and your mindset in the present. You will be offered simple and practical tools to uplift your
mindset and mood.
This retreat’s focus is to provide you with several opportunities to turn your attention to you and offer you the time
and opportunity to refocus on your own wellbeing.
This meditation practice becomes a place of refuge in your everyday life, time that allows you to rest, reframe and
reset. As your practice deepens, you realise it can change your mindset and habitual reactions.
Nourishing vegetarian food, tea, coffee and snacks are included.
Booklet and access to videos for some of the meditations will be made available after the weekend.
Just bring along a notebook and pen and a sense of openness and curiosity.
No experience in meditation necessary, you are welcome to come to all the sessions and you are free to sleep in
or take the time you need.
The retreat is open to all genders.
