One Heart Yoga Retreat with Anahata Giri

A retreat gives us the space to receive the extraordinary gifts that are waiting for us in our practice. We will explore practice as a deep, sensing, listening way of being so we can deeply attune to our inner wisdom.
Our practice includes yoga postures, mindful movement, sitting and walking meditation, yoga nidra and sound practices, all infused with teachings from the wisdom traditions. We will explore yoga poses as ways of being, rather than forms to achieve and with an emphasis on meditation as the essential heart of yoga. We will explore meditation sitting, walking, lying down and in meditative movement, to fully enliven the felt sense of the body and our connection with presence.
