One Heart Yoga & Meditation Silent Retreat
March 11 - March 14
One Heart Meditation with Yoga Retreat
A retreat gives us the space to receive the extraordinary gifts that are waiting for us in our practice.
We will explore a profound holistic blend of practices to nourish each realm of human experience: body, heart, mind, soul, spirit and nature connection. We will explore practice as a deep sensing, listening to our inner experience so we can attune to our inner wisdom and self-knowing.
Spirit can be seen as the oneness of consciousness that all life shares. This includes our connection with nature and all beings on this planet. Spirit has a unique imprint for every individual being: the Soul or deepest Self. Connection to body, heart, mind and spirit gives us profound inner resources to then be able to hear the deepest message of our own Soul. Soul is guiding us to live our unique calling. This brings empowerment and sovereignty as we take steps on our deepest path. We will use our practice to live our deepest soul-centred lives and bring our unique gifts into the world.
Our practice includes yoga postures, mindful movement, sitting and walking meditation, yoga nidra, sound practices, nature walks, all infused with teachings from the wisdom traditions. There is also a daily talk, guided self-inquiry and contemplation sessions, all exploring how we bring our practice into the world. We will explore yoga poses as ways of being, rather than forms to achieve and with an emphasis on meditation as the essential heart of yoga. We practise meditation sitting, walking, lying down and in meditative movement, to fully enliven the felt sense of the body and our connection with presence.
What is your deepest calling? What is your love song to the world?
This retreat is ideal for anyone who wants to learn experiential ways to call on their inner resources to live their deepest life; to know or deepen their calling, find meaning, direction and bring your unique gifts to the world.
This retreat is designed for those who have at least some yoga experience and want to explore how to integrate their practice into their daily lives. Beginners are welcome but be aware that this is a deep dive into practice so some previous practice is recommended.
Not sure if this retreat is for you? Please feel free to email or phone me.
Care will be taken to create a supportive environment for your practice. One to one support with Anahata is offered. Practising with like-minded travellers is deeply inspiring for our inner journey. Each participant has their own room and there will be delicious and nourishing catering offered.
Most of the retreat will be held in silence. Silence creates a deep and steady container for your inner journey and is offered as a deeply nourishing foundation for this retreat. Sessions will be guided with words.
Places are limited to 22 participants so please book early.

“A retreat gives us space to connect with a natural ground of being within us that is already awake. We discover this inner presence through the breath, the heart, the body, the moment. As we allow this undivided, vibrant presence to permeate our lives, we can directly experience a deep communion with all of life. From a deep well of quiet within, a natural ease, nourishment, inspiration and buoyancy in life arises.”
– Anahata Giri
Anahata is a wonderful, inspiring and gentle “game changer”. She hold the space for people’s journey with a profound, deep and compassionate listening. In each moment she brings respect, gentleness, insight, compassion and integrity.

What a space for unwinding, unraveling, softening, release. Anahata holds a truly supported safe space to enable me to let go of this habitual contractions that no longer serve me. To restore kindness and compassion to this ole body and mind. To be thankful for all of my being carrying me through. Somatic unwinding- what a simple powerful way to feel and fall back in to my body- freeing, a little more available to this sensory life. Thank you Anahata and Katie, who provided whole food with love and grace, for such rich nourishment.
