Mindfulness & Self-Compassion Retreat with Heather Marriott

This weekend program will offer a unique opportunity to explore the fundamentals of mindfulness and compassion practices in a retreat setting.
Building on the basics of mindfulness meditation techniques, participants will learn:
- Mindful awareness to promote positive thoughts, emotions and self acceptance
- How mindfulness and compassion techniques can rewire our neural pathways
- Loving-kindness methods to enhance self-confidence and self-compassion
- Positive approaches for promoting healthy attitudes toward yourself and your life
The weekend will include
- meditation (including walking meditation)
- group discussion
- morning yoga
